Oi Vita began in 2017 when Matteo and Nicola — two long-time friends — found themselves in London and wanted to bring a taste of their Italian heritage to the city.

Using three different flours for pizza dough, you can feel it is airy and flavorful. Key to Neopolitan pizza dough is light and pliable without being fully collapsible. Oi Vita Pizzeria achieves that very well.
Toppings are also creative and carries textures and flavor contrasts amazingly.
